Petrit Hasa's professional journey is marked by a series of significant roles across various sectors. He obtained a Bachelor and a Master in Law. His career began as a Businessman and Administrator in Kukës from 1991 to 1996. He then served as the Director at Butan Gaz Tiranë from 1996 to 2000. From 2000 to 2003, he worked as a Lawyer and Legal Advisor for private companies and institutions in Tiranë.
In 2013, Hasa took on the role of Director at the Ministry of Urban Development and Tourism's national urban construction inspectorate in Tiranë, a position he held until 2016. Following this, from 2016 to 2020, he continued his work as a lawyer and business consultant. Since 2019, he has been serving as the President of the Europolice Federation of Albania, and after as President of the Europolice Organization, highlighting his diverse expertise and leadership abilities.

Hailing from Albania, Theodhor Zaka has built an impressive career across law, real estate, and project management, where, his journey began with a comprehensive legal education, after earning both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in law by 2017, Zaka applied his legal acumen as a Lawyer Assistant for two years, excelling in research, case preparation, and advocacy. His commitment to ethical practice and justice laid a solid foundation for his career.
Zaka's career path then transitioned into real estate, where he spent another two years as a Consultant and Negotiator. Here, he leveraged his negotiation skills and market insight, working both with agencies and independently. His adaptability and strategic thinking were further showcased in his subsequent role as a Project Manager at IPA - Brussels, where he led international projects for around two years, enhancing his leadership and collaborative skills, where in between different projects he leaded a collaboration with Europolice Organization, where it became the first presantation and inspiration to take a new shift towards new interesting and inspiring projects to empower the youth and especially the Albanian youths.
In 2024, this reason became a new inspiration that Zaka assumed the prestigious position of General Secretary at the Europolice Organization. His role involves orchestrating the organization's operations, enhancing interdepartmental communication, and fostering collaborations with external partners to advance the organization's objectives. His diverse expertise ensures the Europolice Organization's strategic initiatives are executed efficiently.

Skënder Kadiu, born on August 28, 1956, in Skrapar, Albania, has a notable military and academic career, culminating as a Colonel (in reserve) and a PhD holder. In the military, he served in various command roles and strategic positions, including leadership roles in artillery and as a director in the Defence Academy. Post-retirement, Kadiu has been active in academic and administrative capacities, including as the General Director of the Europolice Organization. Additionally, he holds cybersecurity certifications, further enhancing his expertise in modern defense disciplines. His contributions are also reflected in his authorship of several military and defense publications.
